Start with one chair per confirmed guest, then add a small buffer for the people who say yes late.

One thing worth checking early: if your ceremony and your reception are set up in two different spaces at the same time, you'll need chairs for both — unless someone on your team is moving them across during cocktail hour. We're happy to talk that through with you.

Common questions

How much does it cost to rent chairs in Chilliwack?

Our white resin folding chairs are $4 each. Delivery and collection is quoted separately by town, starting at $100 for Chilliwack and the surrounding area. There's also a refundable $2 per chair damage deposit, returned to you once the chairs come back in good condition.

Is there a limit on how many chairs I can rent?

We size the order to your guest list rather than the other way around. Send us your date and your rough guest count and we'll confirm what we can hold for you — if your event needs more than we have on the shelf, we'll sort that out on our end.

Do you deliver to my venue?

Almost certainly. We cover Chilliwack, Sardis, Rosedale, Agassiz, Harrison Hot Springs and Bridal Falls at $100 round trip, out through Abbotsford, Mission, Aldergrove and Hope at $140 to $250, and into the Lower Mainland as far as Vancouver at $250 to $400. If your venue isn't on that list, ask us — nowhere in the Lower Mainland is too far.

Can I pick the chairs up myself?

Yes, and it removes the delivery charge entirely. Choose the pickup option in the estimator and the cost drops to just the chairs. They stack flat, so a hundred of them take up less room than most people expect.

Can the chairs be used outdoors?

Yes. Resin handles sun and damp without rusting or peeling, which makes these a good fit for garden ceremonies, orchard and vineyard settings, and backyard receptions. On soft ground it's worth walking the site beforehand to check the chairs will sit level.

How far ahead should I book?

As soon as you have your date and venue confirmed. Summer Saturdays in the Fraser Valley go first, so early enquiries give you the most flexibility. Reach out even if your numbers aren't final — we can adjust the count as your RSVPs come in.

What else do you rent alongside chairs?

Round and rectangular tables at $9 each, floor-length tablecloths, runners, cloth napkins, plate chargers, cutlery sets, white 10' × 10' canopy tents and A-board welcome signs. Most people book chairs and tables together — the estimator will price the whole order in one go.
